SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped 48 hours after processing which typically takes 24 hours after order has been placed.

After OHSAUCY has processed the order we use DHL eCommerce, USPS or e Packet depending on your location and fastest available service available at the time. Typical delivery time frame is between 14 to 21 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! on our site or by sending a request to customerservices@ohsaucy.com Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.

The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorises OHSAUCY to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees OHSAUCY may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods if required.
